Meeting Recap  JANUARY 19, 2020

Highlights:

Financials:     Club ended 2019 with Cash Assets of $15228

                         New Grill and Outside Awning added in 2019

                         Inventory ending value of $435

Operations:   Ramp project completed

                        Taco night cancelled due to storm and electrical outage, however additional

                         Fish Fry event helped the club immensely.

                        End of 2019 there were 118 member households and New Web Site had 355 hits in November

                        Hunters Ball a great success all tickets sold and almost $1300 raised in donations and bucket raffles.

New Business:    Calendar of Events for 2020 Established

                       Need Agent for Bar Operations

                      2020 Projects:  Priority    Repair Southwest Corner Floor Bracing in Hall
